WORK PROPOSAL

This is the cover letter for the work proposal given to me by Pulte Homes. I have not received any updates and/or changes. After reading and seeing the structural damage to this house, these band-aid fixes will not do anything but make others believe that Pulte is taking care of the issues with this house - AND they will not. The first page is the cover letter and the second and third is the proposal itself.

I have been informed via email on Monday 27 August 2007 9:58 a.m. by the VP of Finance (acting president of the Greater Kansas City Pulte) that unless I agree to repair of the house they will not give me another work proposal. So therefore I must agree to their proposal before I read it. This current work proposal will only barely band-aid the symptoms. Nothing this builder is willing to do will stop the expansive soil. (see PSI report stating the recommendations will only make the soil "behave") This house will continue to experience movement for as long as it exists on this lot.

Please remember I have lost my homeowners insurance. I get reject after reject from other insurance companies and from the state. They all tell me they cannot take the responsibility for insuring a house that is structurally defective. How much more will it take?

Pulte is unwilling to repair this house to the point that I can get my homeowners reinstated.

If, after reading my web site, you are also appalled, please write Mr. Dugas , the CEO of Pulte and ask him to buy back my structurally defective house. His address is below.

Mr. Richard Dugas, CEO Pulte Homes
                   100 Bloomfield Hills Parkway
                   Bloomfield Hills, Michigan 48304

I have linked his email address; however whether it will get to him, is unknown. I appreciate all of the supporting emails and telephone calls I receive.
