This is the third page of the work proposal given to me by Pulte Homes. I have not received any updates and/or changes. After reading and seeing the structural damage to this house, these band-aid fixes will not do anything but make others believe that Pulte is taking care of the issues with this house - AND they will not. The first page is the cover letter and the second and third is the proposal itself.
Please remember I have lost my homeowners insurance. I get reject after reject from other insurance companies and from the state. They all tell me they cannot take the responsibility for insuring a house that is structurally defective. How much more will it take?
